There is one in my own town here also. Coffeeshops are legal in the whole Netherlands, not just for some tourists that visit Amsterdam.
Also stop arguing with me. Unless you are an international solicitor you know nothing about Dutch laws. I have proven with the coffeeshop statement European laws aren't the same for every country in Europe and that is enough.
