did you try to use the usb stick with lv2diag.self and the ps3updat.pup files after you have put it in service mode with the ps3key?

Yes i know it is supposed to power off after ps3key, then i removed it and inserted a usbstick with the lv2diag and pup files, but when i power on it just does the same thing, power on for a few sec and then shuts down and lights go dark.
