Actually it's the opposite of the one you show:

Instead of: 3.5"Jack Out - 2 x 3,5"Jack In
It's: 3.5"Jack In - 2 x 3,5"Jack Out

My points either way in such hack is:

DON'T USE SUCH JACK HACKS FOR COMBINING AUDIO, IT CAN (MOST CERTAINLY WILL ACTUALLY) CAUSE ISSUES TO YOUR AUDIO HARDWARE SINCE IT DOUBLES THE RESISTANCE OF YOUR ELECTRIC CABLES AND IT SENDS BACK TO YOUR PS3 AND IPOD TOO MUCH ELECTRICITY TO HANDLE.

Also if you listen through that thing the audio most of the times will be distorded with a humming or other artifacts due to polarity and grounding issues.
