Try checking the main home site. This was supposed to last a lifetime/4 ever ,unless sony removed proxy support. If the did that is just another ->( F)->For Sony removing features ! Register & ask he will answer ,he did 4 me ..

I would not doubt Sony blocking it .If they did probably cause DLC has been CRK ! I still wont change things if you know & have most of the links ..

PSN Manager developer-> says PSN manager 4.0 is coming but delayed.
Development for Playstation Download Manager 4.00 has been delayed due to this, in version 4.00 I'm working on improving the connection (however it's normal for the connection test to fail, the PSN should still sign-in and work.) - IPv6 will connect and pass the test, but that isn't supported by Internet Providers yet and the proxy can't handle internal IPv6 addresses so you would have bypassed the proxy.
