I tried your method several times now with no success at all.
So i belive, that my BIOS backup is fu#ked up. It matches the exact filesize, but the crappy E3 Dump Checker tells me, that there may be errors.
Flashing my BIOS dump works tough..
So i really don't know, if there's anything new i could try.

Are you sure its the right size ? If so then there should be no problems with the backup.
Have you tried my method ?
Nothing else worked for me but that.
Going to try to downgrade again when i get of work.
