So far nothing crazy has happened. I once walked through a wall that wasn't there only to turn around and realize I was outside the town with no way back in... more of a bug than anything.
there is also the leader of a bandit gang I was supposed to kill in a cave.. only to find the quest marker pointing at an empty chair within the cave....still can't find that guy. i went back a second time and the marker was pointed at the floor.
