Glad to see the EFF taking a stance on this and telling it like it really is.

Sony has repeatedly lied to its customers and should be sued for blatent false advertising.

They promised the PS3 would be backwards compatible with PS2 and PS1 - it isn't, because they realized they'd make more money by forcing customers to re-purchase the games they already own as downloads through PSN.

They promised that the PS3 would serve as a computer by running Linux, but they decided to cripple the machine instead, because they don't give a crap about their customers.

They don't keep their agreements, so we shouldn't be expected to follow their draconian end-user agreements either.

I hope when the lv0 key is released the dev makes it clear that Sony had it coming.
