When a title says "TRUE BLUE GAME FIXES", it is pretty self explanatory.
"TRUE BLUE GAME FIXES", means the fixes are for True Blue.
The fixes in this thread are for True Blue, which the title of the thread explains pretty damn well, so ho on earth is the title misleading >.<
