I really can't say this is good news, aside from the fact that someone is trying. However with Congress pushing out world wide treaties to help ban jail-breaking, (even in Canada where it's still possible until Bill C-32 clone passes); I really don't see a good out look for this until there is a political change. Perhaps that will happen after the election, but until then this will be taking a back seat in the priority list of even getting looked at, let alone being considered.
