I'm no programmer/coder by any means but I am an automotive tech. So if I do a repair on a Chevy then do a repair on a Nissan and half-ass it because it was "too complicated". Then all of a sudden the Nissan is a horrible car to own, right?

Agreed, I think bethesda Have a strong bias towards the Xbox 360, they always have since the elder scrolls series went to the ps3, that bias is very evident with the exclusive dlc for every game they release on the Xbox 360, i really don't know why i keep buying their games even though they treat us ps3 users like crap, also there are a lot of xbox 360 fanboys on this topic flaming away as usual
