Some fail to realize that the PS3 is much more powerful then any home PC at its time. For a fairly decent price spec wise. The game might not run right for the same reason why software doesn't run right on PCs, there are bugs and glitches, maybe even inefficient code or memory leaks. The PS3 is a computer its only a machine, it has a CPU and a GPU it only does what its told to do so if its told to mess up or do something very inefficient it will do it no questions asked. I will agree on the thought that the game was just poorly developed (programmed) and that it didn't running on the PS3 system efficiently. I remember when I first got oblivion for PC...it was (at east on my system) buggy and in some instances froze, it didn't crash so I has to manually close it through task manager. But then updates came out and I eventually got to play the whole game through. I would expect to see updates to the game to fix these issues that people are having but if they are lazy as stated it might not even happen.
