You obviously missed the part of MGS4 where Raiden, without arms, stops a full-on super-high-tech floating fortress with nothing but his body-mass. Or Vamp taking a slug to the brain from a .50 cal sniper rifle, straight in the forehead in MGS3, and again in MGS4...

Just sayin', this isn't the first time Hideo Kojima has stretched what can and can't be accomplished in "reality".

That said, I was just kidding in the first place. This game is a disgrace to the franchise. Ninja Raiden anyone?
