Not sure about the US, but here in UK/Ireland, there is an implant and i have yet to hear of someone getting pregnant wearing it.

Oh come on, if they didn't want to have abortions, they simply wouldn't have them, its not like they have a gun held to their head and someone forcing them, abortion is a choice and it is murder, when you abort a baby it is the same as murdering a new born baby
