why do u think it has to do with piracy . ok i got 3.55 cfw and 4.00 ofw what if i wanna play my brought 3.65 games on my 3.55 cfw i cant do it with out a dongle . yes people use it to pirate games but some people wouldnt like me . if thats the case then mutiman etc shouldnt of been made because it lets people play pirate games on it
