As far as I know those checks aren't presentg in 3.50 or lower, only 3.55 (not 100% sure about that). However even if you downgrade via service mode or QA flag to 3.41 or 1.02 if you want, the syscon will stay 3.56+, it simply cannot be downgraded. So if you update to a 3.55 again after this, if the 3.55 hasn't those checks patched, you brick.
