i tried this and i even patched the modified pup lv1 (patched ofw 3.41 didn't work) but all that my slim has done was a strange reaction. everytime i started my ps3 it powered instantly off and all lights vanished, even red standby led. so these lv1 patches do not work on 3.41, probably because of the changings in 3.55+ syscon

downgraded consoles don't work because the fw has no lvl1 checks and the syscon expects higher fw and since it's 3.55 it bricks
patching their fw with lvl1 bricks either console or dongle
yet they advertise that it does work on downgraded consoles to boost sales lol pathetic guys
