Unexpected database rebuild - every time I boot / can't reach installed data

A few days ago I was playing some game, then I turned of my PS3 and also pressed the physical button on the back to "disable" the electricity.

Today I turned on the PS3 and I got the information "rebuilding database". Then I verified I lost everything - every .pkg, saved game, games saved on internal and all data associated. The only thing that still have are the trophies.

The stranger thing is that I only have 30 GB free (altough it looks like the ps3 suffered an hard reset - I still have KMEAW CFW obviously).

AFAIK a database rebuild is not supposed to erase game data. Even if so, it's not normal to have only 30 GB free (of 80GB) on a "clean" PS3.

What do you think?

EDIT: Just tried to install Multiman, altough I got installation sucessfull (or something) nothing appears on my Games XMB tab. What is happening? Looks like everything is there, but I can't reach it!

EDIT2: Just rebooted my PS3, and now it's rebuilding database again... I can't stop it! And I still can't reach the installed data nor install nothing!

EDIT3: After 4 forced rebuilds, I finally boot my PS3 without rebuilding, and get all my data again....

Anyone can explain what happened?
