It works & you do not need to own the games or dlc . Search google reactpsn & Rap files .For black ops USA you need to patch your CFW that is supported with the vsh autopatcher .then get the correct rap files & DLC game id is important .I have activated Black ops + COD 5 maps with this & tons more can be activated .You need to do a search ,cause i cant tell you how & the whole process .I can only tell yes it works 100% .I did it on Rebug 355.2 update 4 but it can be done with Kmeaw also with the autopatcher . You need to delete any Black ops data before running the reactpsn on the aa account ! Then install the patch & dlc..
