There are already 1000s of RSS readers, some which you can customize to exactly your layout as well. All you need is to google "rss reader" and put in the feed "http://www.ps3hax.net/rss".
You can probably even google "rss reader vb.net" and make a program exactly like yours in a few hours following a tutorial since all you need is VS and basic knowledge such as building a project.
It's great that you're trying to create something, as much as I applaud your willingness to learn, why yet another RSS reader?

There are also countless RSS Feed Readers for mobile devices, it don't make a ps3 hax one any more useless though. Personally, I would much rather install a stand alone feed reader for ps3 hax if it was the only feeds I was after rather than a more bloated one that is way overkill for what I want. I haven't checked out the app, but based on the screen shot, not bad =) More options never hurt anyone
