All the files tagged "pc" are per console and those are the files you need to get from your dump. It lists start and end offsets so it shouldn't be a huge problem.

And to answer your second question : it won't work because you'd need to replace the per-console data from the PS3A NOR dump with the data from the PS3B dump to allow it to boot, and the per console data contains the hard drive related info.
