All the good devs who know what they are doing are working on the XBOX360. That is why the 360 is so open to anything now. That is also why hacked 360 owners can play Skyrim for example.

The (so called) jailbroken PS3 on the other hand remains a black box incapable of playing 95% of titles released since last July.

You can argue till you are blue in the face but this is sadly the case.
