lol, i'm from italy... I doubt you want to go all the way till italy just to repair a console... Try following my guide, it's pretty in depth, even though it doesn't have images... Also, when i have time, i will try a new method of repairing the console, using the burner for cooking, dunno if you know which one it is. It's much better as it heats only over the plate, but i have to understand a few things b4 trying it out. I should have an old mobo lying around, i will try to get the right times. Just w8, and we will finally have the ultimate solution... : ) As for the liquid system sizing, i have no idea, but i think that if we make a new post in the forums there will be someone willing to help. Imma make it right now

Edit: Pirate has done it Way be4 us, so i think you should just pm him and ask him about the sizing of the cooling system : )
