Ok, In the video below in 08:45 minute says i will update E3 Flash So i have download this update from this link and then on 16:18 minute i have to 2nd. usb port of PS3. So i have to buy prepared "USB Downgrade" usb dongle. Is this right...?!

PS3Key is the cheapest i think, really easy to use and they have a ready made downgrade firmware for the dongle, but remember you only use to get into fsm.
Ps3key can be purchased from ps3key.com, dont fall for a clone of it
