Um, it can happen. The PS3 already has a PSP emulator for PSP Minis and the Cobra USB Dongle can already allow PSP games to be played using that emulator. In fact the Cobra Dongle allows you to also use the PS2 Emulator as well, all PS3's have a software PS2 emulator on them... Just the compatibility is crap if you run it on a non-backwards compatible PS3.
