2.) With the PS3 scene, in order to play games 3.56 and above, you need to buy a DRM device, which costs money, there are no free options like the 360 has to play any of the recent games.

The dongles in the PS3 scene, that enable you to play 3.56+ games, use STOLEN eBoots, that's STOLEN, meaning NOT the device developers work, meaning SOMEONE ELSE has put in hard work and time coding, EVERYTHING
