It's obvious that the employees were every bit prepared to make you face the consequences for something you didn't do. I think you should make them equally accountable for something they did do. I might feel different had you not been profiled or if they had even bothered to offer you an apology. The worst part is that they made no attempt whatsoever at being discreet about it.
