why ? a lot a scene devs know how to optain the 3.60+ keys - and as soon as there is enough money on the table, obviously some of them grabbed the keys and sold them... this job wasn't done by the smartest guys, it was done by the most greedy guys.
So this tool is included in the sdk and it is nothing new?
