I have a yearly membership to it and have back ups of stuff that i have lost on other pc's. So now I'm screwed. Ridiculous that important non-home brew, non-pirate files are lost including old backed up pictures. I'm glad I did not buy the lifetime membership.
After 4 years of service and many scares I figured it was just talk. Now I'm PISSED.
