like u say .ok then so why dont u get sonys 3.55 keys and sign a homebrew app with the keys then run it on 4.0fw ! then we have homebrew on 4.0 whats that u cant because u havent got them !!
sonys keys are total diffent to the keys we got , thats why ps3 games disc etc that used with sony keys work on 3.56+ . our keys are blocked on fw above 3.56 . sony keys are not blocked = the reason why !! we never had sony original keys

Even if you have the keys, which we do, the way it is signed needs to be the correct way sony signs things. there was a fail in the hash check in 3.55 and below firmwares, sony corrected that in 3.56. so all the files from sony 3.55 and below have been signed properly and now the firmware checks that. the scenes signing tools don't apply the correct ECDSA algo so the hash is wrong and won't run on above 3.55
