If you want to start from scratch you can always just create the exdata folder again(sorry if you already knew this, just not sure what else to say/help) and add the files needed back to it, since everyone on the net shares files you should be able to get yourself up and running again.

The problem is to use reactpsn i need to import licence from exdata folder i dont need exdata folder only and my console is not a PSNvirgin i prestiged in blackops on this console with cfw.
i have 15 accounts on my ps3 may be it is hidden in 1 of them
no exdata folder on usb.
i dont think it will work only by putting .rap files in it. it also needs licence imported from the console
