Okay people I need help.

A friend brought me his X360 (fat jasper) and now I need to figure out if it's flashed/jailbroken/whatever and what type of hacking has been done with the console in the past. I have a legit X360 Slim and since I never bothered with flashing/jailbreaking it I'm a total noob. All I know is that he paid somebody to do something with the console so he could play copied games and since he's also a total noob that's all he could tell me.

So my question is, what's the easiest way to determine all this stuff? Any type of help or tips greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
