Not at all.
On 3.55, what lv0 did was pass the loaders onto metldr and metldr would decrypt them.
On 3.60+, they basically got rid of metldr and encapsulated the loaders into lv0 itself, and lv0 is the one that now loads them. And no it does not contain the old keys.
