Sorta...technically the "special" ingredient was never in very large quantities. They can still have it simply because our FDA allows for insane levels of "impurities". Generally this is a bad thing since cheap products often include some nasty toxins...but in this case it is a good thing. Of course, there are now extra-strong versions that are illegal in the USA.
