use glue, glue a flat screwdriver in the top, as the pressure is low, if you use the right size screwdriver you can unscrew em. Otherwise, you can use a file to enlarge the screw cuts and use a flat screwdriver to unscrew again. Last option, use small pointed pliers and carefully unscrew. I did it with HDD screws which are very tiny and i had the screw cuts worn
