Hmm well if you get the right parts etc I don't think you will be spending too much. I figure about 150 USD is enough for a water cooling solution, a price I would pay personally to keep my PS3 alive, its a Phat 60GB so some may know why I want it to survive as long as possible, like maybe you since you have one too

Reball is what alienkid state, but just think of it as replacing all the old solder with new solder, as solder in PS3s are lead free and that gives them a lower melting point, and so the lead free solder is replaced with leaded solder which has a higher melting point so that the PS3s Chips wont have much effect on it.
