Some 25xx with datecode 1A cannot be downgraded either, although some don't have metldr.2, something else must prevent them from downgrading (maybe minimum applicable version, but that could be bypassed by replacing ALL the version values to 3.56 on a 3.55 MFW, which would be impractical and might not work, a simple spoof won't work either).

why update to 4.11???
u can downgrade even if it was on 3.56
so basicly anything above 3.55 can go back
