1.Check your system to make sure the E3flasher will work with your PS3
2.Make sure your clip is pushed all the way down on the chip.
3.Check the downgrade file that you have put on your micoSD card.
4. It takes about 1-2 minutes for the first light to come on the E3flasher.
Is the E3flasher lights flashing? If not then it is working and just need to give it time.
