I have waited many this CFW4.00
its NOT a CFW or MFW its a way to install homebrew but even that needs to be signed to run (correct me if i'm wrong KaKaRoTo) thats why its called HEN.

and a progskeet or e3 (both advertised and disscussed in many threads on this very site) will downgrade you to 3.55 aslong as your ps3 has the "ps2 style" ps3 to tv connector cable port. if it just has hdmi connector port then you cannot downgrade.
