I read that this was a PSP emulator kernel exploit. (I.e. PSP and not PSV kernel exploit).

Edit: Reading the article, Davee got to the PSP Kernel level. The PSV is still locked down pretty tight. The title is a tad wrong as this is not a PSVita kernel level exploit but the PSP emulator kernel exploit.
