The thing is that compromising master key/lv0/bootldr means alot more than just 3.60+ games, if you ask me, 3.60+ games are the least important/extreme thing that would happen in such hack. The reason they keep it is because they could endlessly come up with more "milk the cow" solutions over and over and be sure that they hold Sony's worst nightmare on their hand to be sure they won't get attacked by them.

also mentioned that some of his sources, had said that the TB devs are planning to release some modchip over the summer... I don't know what its capabilities should be, but if it were to for instance install higher derpwares reencrypted by them, then it would be likely that they have the 3.60+ keys... Or it could be that it would just get the same feature as trueblue.. Although that would be a bit odd.
