Hmmmmm, too much L's, are not levels... are paths from a disc
And this seems to be the mount points to this paths right ?

Interesting... this seems to be some rare type of disc
Edit:
More notes from this message by ps3hen that probably are related...
XMB_APPS <-------------------------------------------- unknown parameter valid inside a PARAM.SFO ?
SCEAPPS01, SCEAPPS02 and SCEAPPS03. <-------------- some valid TITLE_IDs for this type of contents
PATCH_FILE <------------------------------------------ ???
GAMEDATA_ID <---------------------------------------- ??? <--- related with category "GD" ?
Edit 2:
-------
So to sumarize... an initial idea about how to create this frankenstein
We can create a fake blu-ray structure with this folder tree: /dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/L00/PARAM.SFO
And the SFO containing "XMB_APPS" (with an unknown lenght or value ?)... and TITLE_ID: "SCEAPPS00"... and category "XI" (because is one known left and still unknown)
The problem is... what activates this subfolder "L00"... is the simple presence of the correct files in the standard paths ?... or it needs to be trigged by a flag in the ATTRIBUTE of the main /dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/PARAM.SFO ? (there is the ATTRIBUTE flag Nš17 for "install disc")
Or needs a flag in PARAM.SFB ?
Is not easy, but maybe works partially enought to see how its mounted in XMB
