Yes it is, psp will work aswell.
Ps3-hacks.com, sorry if advertised, has in download section working links of them.
(Not all HTC's works if correctly. but you can try and if fail reflash.)
Newer updated for phones, or ported might be at xda-developers.
For example xperia x10 has them, but there not findable on PS3 hack sites.
