This all could be done.
To get all this you have to be on 4.11 and must log packets. It isn't as easy as writing a server for computergames, because we actually own those servers.
Also there could be some other random stuff. This is a time killing process.
Well how about bypassing login ?
When I connected my ps3 4,11 to psn via proxy ( can see whatever ps3 connects to ) and it connects to one link only, if we could combine this with a packatlogger we might be able to log into psn
