I dont think math really was leading people away on purpose, math was more of showing them path that he took before. Math wants people to figure out the stuff themselves so it is like a puzzle path.

If this doesn't work and what I learned from this. Apply to a different part and so on.

I still believe math did figure out how to hack the ps3 but he doesnt want to just give the solution away because he wants people to learn by their own experience. It is the proper way of teaching people but also would annoy the heck out of them because it is like tossing lot of screws. However once you have all the pieces you could build something amazing with it.

I do believe math did figure out how to jailbreak higher firmware but wont release any work until someone else done it too and release their work.

That way math can claim he was first one to do it because he likes fame too.


People personality are all different all different so don't hate math just because he isnt just feeding you the exact steps of how his mind went to solve the problem.

Well good luck Calliope, I would suggest you to look at everything, even the stuff math told people to do. All those might have clues to get to the real soultion.
