As the title says my ps3 phat ylod again after a month.i was thinking to buy a different thermal compound. The last time i think i use HY60 GOLD but im not sure. Whats the best for ps3? Also i think this time im going to remove the processor shield then clean the processor with alcohol and apply first non clean flux and after that the thermal compound. After that im going to make again the reflow process. The last time i reflow my ps3 with 300 degrees Celsius i blow hot air on processor for 45 sec what about to make it a minute now?
