ay, that aint good cuse the dump is invalid, missing per-console info, that's why it's not booting anymore its due the bootloader_0 not complete(check image of ur extracted dump)
the guides are ok, its the dump
in my situation, i did the same, restored invalid dump(more per-console then urs) but i never used the e3_downgrade after that, i fixed it by re-attach the clip, this time 100% positive it's correct, really use those pads they use to put under chairs u know, they work perfect, 1 for SLIM, 3 for PHAT = more space
if u putting it back together that is cuse if not taped, pushing well on the NOR, u see the outcome
only thing i can recommend is re-attach clip, solder the wire(no other way) or if u can't solder u can use the unbrick guide without soldering, it works!! but it's ur own decision afterall, if taped down real good on the points(tristate>GND) it stays on, then use FLASHFUN and BACKUP again, if bootloader_0 is intact, maibe switch it over to original dump, repack it and restore, restore tho didn't work on my end with the bricked CECHL04, after i dumped again, restore ended up in the same error = RLOD, doing the e3_downgrade.bin+bkpps3.bin and using "down, down, down, down, down,UP
this worked, as it seems the backup didn't copied the important per-console info, it did the same while restoring leaving everything intact afterall
as u already used e3_downgrade.bin the situation is different but worth a try

as i said, i never used any of them, the tutorial i linked here, all the steps are not using any SOLDER(yes for unbrick only!) if u check the guide and notice the E3flasher switch screenshots, Flash-fun isn't used thus no solder
again, i can't really help u there, i recommend u first fix fan, doing dual boot like this aint good for NOR anyway, it's a pain cuse one need to reflash the dumps every time u wanna switch firmwares..

Im confoused... do I or do I not need to solder for fast dual boot ??
