Downgrade at this point its a complex process...and it varies between diferent models of PS3.
From your questions i assume that you are a newbie...and downgrade from v4.+ is not a simple task.
There are several tutorials explaining how to do it...and in some of them you need to open your PS3 end perform "surgery".
Some of the people who tried to do that...endup breaking the PS3.
My advice is: Buy a "old" PS3 with a FM v3.55 or lower.
