backup nor flash 101000 and BU nor 001000 are identical and complete, although it's
metldr instead of new
metldr2 it seems u have this model(metldr) and not downgradable >>

the dumps have already the 3.55 ros0/ros1 files(5.23mb each) but since its above model = perm-brick? correct me if wrong.
the other dump is CECH2004 and this one is missing
bootloader_o and
cvtrm per console info file +corrup ROS0 folder.

this is simply a
BAD E3CLIP connection, reclip and redump, this one must be fixable, so please reclip e3 on the CECH2004 and redump the bios, post it here verify for bootloader and if OK, flash it back
