i don't think he's referring to cobra's performance. i think they're using whatever emulator is in all ps3 firmwares for ps2 games and since the slims and stuff have like no hardware for it, it just isn't that good to play ps2 games; as in, it's probably the best you'll get without like a dev made emulator or the emulator in the ps3 getting modified.
