If E3 sell it for 10, TB eventually (in terms of numbers) will crash and will have to give their product for free.

It's the *competition price* even if E3 charges or not, TB has to drop the price in order to not lose future buyers.
Besides if E3 allows us to run homebrews and has more *functions* than the *original* you know better than me what people will choose.
